How designers destroyed the world

Mike Monteiro van Mule Design Studio sprak op Webstock ’13 over “How Designers Destroyed the World”.

You are directly responsible for what you put into the world. Yet every day designers all over the world work on projects without giving any thought or consideration to the impact that work has on the world around them. This needs to change.

Designers hebben 4 verantwoordelijkheden:

• Designer’s responsibility to the world (Verantwoordelijkheid aan de wereld)
• Designer’s responsibility to the craft (Verantwoordelijkheid aan het beroep)
• Designer’s responsibility to the clients (Verantwoordelijkheid aan de klanten)
• Designer’s responsibility to self (Verantwoordelijkheid aan hunzelf)

Iedereen zou die video eigenlijk moeten zien, niet enkel designers.
